Direct Deposit of VA Benefits?

VA encourages using direct deposit to receive VA benefits. The form to use is SF1199A. This is not a VA form though. It is a Treasury form. You may download a copy from the following Federal Government web site: http://forms.sc.egov.usda.gov/eforms/Forms/SF1199A.pdf .
